Adobe Flash Issue - Updated Information

As you may be aware, the latest Flash Player version 20.0.0.267 contains a serious issue that causes problems when accessing Alchemy courses in Player. The update has also caused concerns with a multitude of other Flash-based applications worldwide.

We recently discovered this Adobe Flash update is also being included as part of the latest Windows update, KB3132372. Based on this information, Alchemy is recommending that all clients turn off the automatic update feature in both Windows and Adobe Flash at this time.

For detailed information and recommendations on how to turn off the automatic update features, please contact your IT department or call Alchemy Customer Support for additional assistance until this issue is resolved.
