Streamline User and Administrator Management
Previously the process of editing your employees’ information and setting up administrators were in two separate places. While this worked, you asked if there was a way to make the process more efficient. We listened!
In Alchemy Manager, Customer Administrators (and above) can now edit employees’ information and promote employees to administrators on the same page (in addition to managing permissions, worksites, and groups).
Expedite Learning Plans Searches
Expedite your learning plan searches with new filtering options, such as date range and the ability to view only plans that were sent to Alchemy Player.
Simplify Course Searches (Coming Soon)
If you are looking for an easier way to find courses and organize your Alchemy Creator courses – we’ve got you covered!
What’s Changed: The course list in Manager will soon have the ability to filter courses by language and worksite to quickly narrow down your results. The redesigned Creator add/edit course page will also allow you to easily categorize your Creator courses making them easier to find.
