We know it’s hard to maintain a 6 ft distance while conducting supervisor-led training, so we’ve been hard at work expanding Playbook to support kiosk-style training. No more needing a supervisor to intervene!

How it Works in Three Easy Steps:

1. An individual learner creates their own PIN within Playbook, which allows them to log in quickly and easily.
2. The required courses are instantly displayed in one simple list. This includes any courses assigned through both qualification plans AND learning plans, allowing you to fill training gaps!
3. As the worker completes courses, the training records are sent to Manager. Courses that are successfully passed will drop off of the list, preventing any wasted time accidentally retaking courses.

This mode is also very powerful outside of the need social distancing. Your floor leaders are some of the busiest people in your facility. Being able to allow workers to access their training directly gives them flexibility and empowers them to take responsibility for their own training!
