New Automatic Email Alerts for Learners and More Updates in Alchemy Manager

By Product Management Team |

Intertek Alchemy is taking the ability to track your frontline workers’ training to the next level. We’ve added new functionality in Manager to make it easier than ever for your employees to track their Learning Plan progress. Below are some of the features we released over the past month:

Automatic Learner Email Alerts for Incomplete Training

Are you tired of having to hound your frontline workers to complete their Learning Plans? Well, you can take a breather! Now frontline workers can sign up for automated daily email alerts to notify them of of incomplete Learning Plans and remind them to complete their training by the deadline. You can set up these alerts to start within 10 days of a Learning Plan due date.

Redesigned Instructor-Led Training (ILT) Course Management

Our team has completely redesigned the third party ILTs to make them easier than ever to create and manage. You can now easily track all of your Alchemy and non-Alchemy training in Manager.

New Learning Plan Summary Pie Chart

We understand it’s critical to easily and quickly analyze your training data to optimize your employees’ performance. With that in mind, we have created a new Learning Plan Summary pie chart that quickly shows you how your various teams and departments are progressing on one or more Learning Plans.

We have also improved chart sizing to ensure charts take up only as much space as they need – so you can get insights into your training faster.
