You asked, we listened, and now, we can deliver: The new Food Safety Professional eLearning Premium Library bundle of courses is available through Alchemy Manager!

Many of you requested more advanced, professional-level courses for individuals who administer, participate, or contribute to food safety programs. Utilizing the decades of experience from the Alchemy Food Safety Consulting team, we designed courses broken up into modules to help engage the learner on a deeper level.

How to access:
Contact your Account Manager to add the Food Safety Professional eLearning Bundle to your library. Once installed, find these three courses in Alchemy Manager, under “Professional Development”:

  • Environmental Monitoring (estimated course length is 5.5 hours)

  • Risk Assessment (estimated course length is 5.5 hours)

  • Verification and Validation (estimated course length is 3.5 hours)

These courses were previously available for one-time individual purchase on our Alchemy Academy platform. But, by request, they are now available through your Alchemy Manager platform for tracking, use in Learning Plans, audit-ready reporting, and more.
