Upgrade Now: Coach Legacy Will Stop Working

In order to focus on delivering the latest and greatest solutions, we occasionally need to discontinue support for older products. Due to technology upgrades that are planned for Coach 2, all prior versions of Coach will not work after 2/19/2019.

If you have not yet installed Coach 2, you will need to transition all devices immediately in order to avoid an interruption in service. If your devices are already running Coach 2, no further action is required.

Coach 2 has already been installed by hundreds of users and is bringing them a number of exciting features, including:

  • Simultaneous multi-user observations

  • A streamlined modern look and feel

  • Support for Android and phone devices

Behind-the-scenes, Coach 2 also includes many technology improvements that lay the foundation for future features we can't wait to show you in the coming months!

In order to install this new version: 

  1. Finish and submit all In Progress observations and sync.

  2. Once the sync is complete, install Coach 2 from your device's app store.

  3. Uninstall the Legacy version of Coach.

To verify that your devices will be able to support Coach 2, please refer to the app’s Minimum Requirements. If you have any questions about this upgrade, Client Support will be glad to assist you.
