We’re excited to announce several new updates to Alchemy Manager to help you manage your organization’s training more efficiently.

New Reporting Dashboard

You have a new and improved dashboard to give you an instant view of your organization’s progress toward training goals. This new dashboard is completely customizable with new charts, so you can:

• Analyze employee training performance and convert metrics into actionable insights
• Filter down into individual worksites and departments
• Bid farewell to sifting through several spreadsheets to accurately view your workforce’s training progress

New Email Notifications for Admins

 We also recently added email alerts to help your admins stay on top of training. Admins can now receive notifications about any employees with incomplete Learning Plans and upcoming required training. Take advantage of new training reminders to ensure your organization’s training consistently gets done by signing up for email alerts in your user profile.

Users can manage their email preferences on the profile page and can also opt-out of email notifications directly from the emails at anytime.

Redesigned Relative Date Learning Plans

 Relative Date Learning Plans are now streamlined to make them easier than ever to use. We’ve made it effortless to add and remove courses from learning plans, as well as subscribe groups and users easily. Also, you can quickly view a summary of each learning plan.

Our clients can name their learning plans in multiple languages to better accommodate their diverse workforce.

eLearning and Player Course Management

SCORM eLearning course and Player course management in Manager has a new look with a streamlined user interface and improved usability.

Redesigned Groups

 Lastly, we’ve redesigned Groups to make them – you guessed it, easier than ever to manage. This new redesign of Groups allows you to:

• Take advantage of powerful search, filters, and sorting
• Assign learning plans directly from the Group
• Use our new History tab to see changes made
