He has implemented Alchemy Solutions at dozens of manufacturing sites and previous to joining the Alchemy Consulting Team, he led the rollout of mobile solutions (Coach and Playbook) at Tyson Foods while part of their Corporate HR team. He specializes in creative approaches to Group-Based and e-learning offerings while tackling the challenges of multiple-language workforces. Eric holds several industry certifications including SQF, PCQI, HACCP, True LEAN, and has worked with USDA and FDA certified facilities.
