Todd Konietzko is a graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University (formally known as Southwest State University) with a BA in Biology and Chemistry, with a concentration in Microbiology. He has over 30 years of experience working in Quality & Food Safety roles, including serving as director of corporate supply chain management with Schwan's. He has held positions of Quality Lead, Supervisor, Manager, and Director roles in dairy, juice, plastic injection molding, and experience with USDA products and supplier management. Todd is a HACCP Alliance Trainer, former SQF licensed auditor, and is a trained PCQI for Human Food course instructor.
